The Story of Where It All Began

The Start of My Journey

My journey into the world of expressive arts therapy began where I felt most at home – in the world of creativity. This is where my passion to guide others through the arts took root, blossoming into the practice I lead today.

Turning Point

As a young design student, I realized my true calling lay elsewhere. While design taught me much, it was movement that truly drove me. It was an intuitive feeling, hard to articulate – a realization that my path was intertwined with the expressive power of the arts. This revelation was not just a moment of clarity; it was a call to a deeper purpose.

Early Connection with Dance

From a young age, Indian classical and folk dances were more than just performances to me; they were my solace, my truest expression. The dance studio was where I felt most connected to myself and something greater. ‘I wish I could share with others what dance does for me,’ I often thought. It was through movement that I understood life, myself, and the world around me.

Vision

My vision emerged clear and strong: To blend expressive arts with personal growth. My dream is to create a practice where creativity opens the door to self-awareness, connection & growth.

Mission

This vision transformed into a mission: to create a sanctuary where individuals and groups could explore, heal, and grow through the transformative power of expressive arts therapy. It's about offering a space not just for therapy, but for creative self-discovery and holistic healing.

Meet Your Therapist

Hello, I’m Charvi, your navigator, your witness and your co-traveller.

Beyond my professional identity, I am deeply connected to the world of dance, an artist at heart, and slowly becoming the person I envision myself to be. I am deeply touched and moved by the beauty of the mundane, of fierce connections and by the power of love. I anchor myself in the little nature available in the concrete city of Mumbai.

My approach in therapy is centered around sharing our human experiences, learning, and growing together. As your facilitator, I stand not on a pedestal, but alongside you, as a fellow traveler on this journey. I bring authenticity to our sessions, showing up with openness, acknowledging my own flaws, yet firmly grounded in my training, knowledge, and unwavering belief in the power of expressive arts. It’s about creating a space where we can be real, vulnerable, and ultimately, transformative.

In our sessions, we embrace the journey of exploration, creation, and discovery. Here, challenges are not hurdles to overcome but companions on our path that we learn to befriend. This approach helps us build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and foster expressive freedom. Every session is an invitation to connect with your inner world, to express authentically, and to grow stronger, more attuned to the pulse of your humanity.
