At The Movement Spectrum, we understand that plans can change and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain our schedule effectively, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations can be made via email at info@aurelza.store or by messaging on whatsapp on +91 81426 75093.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Clients who cancel their appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.
  • Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or if the client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, the client will be charged the full amount of the session. This policy applies to all clients, including those who have opted for manual payment methods.
  • Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment are encouraged to do so at the time of cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling as long as the 24-hour notice requirement is met.

Manual Payment

  • Clients who have selected manual payment options are reminded that the commitment to an appointment is considered an agreement to pay for the session. As such, in the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, clients are still responsible for payment. Instructions for completing the payment will be provided in such cases.

Processing Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Clients will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. We will consider exceptions to our policy on a case-by-case basis. Clients facing exceptional circumstances are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their options.
